A 2/3 kit will give you a little more drop in the rear if you want to “level” out the stance. That extra inch can make all the difference in the world. This kit uses the 2″ Calmax Control Arms in the front and a hanger & shackle kit in the rear. A couple of things here with the hanger & Shackle kit, you may notice you’ll get 4″ of drop with most hanger & shackle kits but here we can only eek out three. You just run out of room to lower any more than 1″ with the hanger and 2″ with the shackle, bummer yes, absolute truth yes. Oh, the other thing is this kit only works on a 4 Door model, another bummer if you have a 2 Door, sorry.
CALMAX SuperShocks are the best choice for your project. Here you can choose the correct front shock to work with these DJM parts. The 3 inch coil spring front drop means you need a shorter shock. Calmax Supershock part number 1415 is the perfect choice!
