LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
DJM Suspension warrants to the original retail purchaser, that DJM products are free from defects in craftsmanship and materials for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the vehicle on which DJM products are installed. (Excluding ball joints and bushings which have a 90-day warranty). KEEP YOUR RECEIPT! In the event of any warranty claim, you must provide DJM with a copy of the original receipt.
This warranty does not apply to any product that has been modified, or subject to accident, abuse, or misuse.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at DJM’s discretion, of the defective product. Any cost of labor, freight, incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty.
In order to return DJM products for warranty consideration, refer to the merchandise return statement.
Merchandise may not be returned unless accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and return authorization number (RGA) issued by DJM Suspension. RGA # must appear on all returned packages. No returns after 30 days. Refunds only on merchandise that is unused and in the original cartons. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Freight on returns must be prepaid. All C.O.D. or collect shipments will be refused.

We do NOT currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii or outside of the USA (with the exception of Canada). You can always use a freight forwarder or contact us for a distributor that will get the items directly to your location.
Currently, the majority of the items come in black powder coating for improved durability and functionality. We are working to update all the photos to reflect this. If you have questions on the color of a specific item, please email us or use the contact form on the bottom of this page. We do not offer any custom colors, but you are always welcome to have the items powder coated to your liking or project, this will not effect the warranty of any of our products.
