1. Policy Purpose

To protect the brand equity, perceived value, and premium positioning of our products, DJM Suspension has unilaterally established this Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy. This policy applies to all authorized resellers, distributors, dealers, and any entity or individual that resells or advertises DJM Suspension products in the United States and Canada (and any other territories where we sell directly online)

2. Policy Scope

This MAP policy applies to all advertised prices of DJM Suspension products by resellers, including but not limited to:

• Websites and online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, your own site, etc.)
• Printed catalogs, flyers, direct mail, and email marketing
• Social media, banners, pop-ups, paid search ads, and any other advertising medium
• Price displayed in shopping carts before checkout is considered an advertised price

3. Minimum Advertised Price Requirement:

No reseller may advertise any DJM Suspension product at a net advertised price lower than the current online advertised price shown on DJMSuspension.com at the time of the advertisement.

Examples of prohibited advertising practices (non-exhaustive):

• Listing a price below the official DJMSuspension.com price
• “Was $X, now $Y” or any strike-through pricing that shows a lower net price
• Offering an immediate discount code in the ad that brings the price below MAP
• “Click for price,” “Add to cart for price,” or “Call for price” when the intent or effect is to advertise below MAP
• Bundles or free gifts that effectively reduce the net advertised price of the MAP-protected item below the official online price

4. Practices That Do NOT Violate MAP (allowed):

• Actual selling price after a customer adds to cart or proceeds to checkout (“checkout price”)
• Private offers, loyalty discounts, or email-exclusive pricing not publicly advertised
• “Free shipping” (as long as it does not effectively lower the advertised product price below MAP)
• Genuine bundle pricing where additional non-DJM Suspension items are included and the advertised price of the DJM Suspension product alone remains at or above MAP

5. Enforcement – Unilateral Action DJM Suspension will monitor compliance and take unilateral action without prior notice. Violations will result in the following sanctions (applied at our sole discretion):

Consequence (U.S. & Canada)
1st	Written warning + requirement to correct within 24 hours
2nd	30-day shipping hold on all new orders + immediate correction required
3rd	90-day shipping hold on all new orders
4th or more	Indefinite suspension or permanent termination of reseller account and all purchasing privileges

We do not seek, nor will we accept, any assurance of compliance or agreement to this policy. This is a unilateral policy; no discussion or negotiation is permitted.

6. Policy Updates

DJM Suspension reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this MAP policy or the MAP price for any product at any time without notice. The current MAP for each product is always the price displayed on DJMSuspension.com.
