Installation

Install the grease fitting on the twin tube sleeves. Make sure to pre-grease the sleeves so the predrilled holes are free and the grease flows smoothly. If the ball joint is greaseable, grease it at this time. If it is maintenance free (no grease fitting), no action is necessary.

CA2515U (2016–2018 steel knuckle only): There is a small burr on the upper ball joint taper. Remove it with a file or a die grinder. Test fit the upper ball joint to make sure there is no interference before proceeding.

Install and align the arms to factory specifications.

CA2515U / CA2519U: Install the brake line bracket. Use the zip ties provided to secure the brake line.

CA2555U / 2599UXL: Bolt the ball joint as shown at 60 ft-lbs.
